The dump valve kit consists of the following pieces:
1 Dump valve (JBR-A25), color optimal (blue, red or silver anodized)
1 Dump valve cover Mitsubishi, including 3 long M6 screws
1 Clever hose connection
1 Assembly of instructions on CD-ROM (contains HTML-based step-by-step instructions, consisting
of text and pictures)
1 m vacuum hose. (Ø5 mm on the inside, textile plaited, can endure the heat of up to 100° C)
60 mm rubber hose. (Ø25 mm on the inside, armored with two synthetic fabric plies, can
endure the heat of up to 80° C)
2 mini hose clips. (Ø10 mm on the inside, 9 mm band width, acid-proof stainless steel)
2 hose clips. (Ø26-38 mm on the inside, 12.5 mm band width acid-proof stainless steel)
Achtung das wo sit oben gezeigt wird ist das Wastegate und nicht das BOV.
das Wastegate wird dazu gebraucht um dem Turbo eine Begrenzung zugeben wann er zumachen soll. ansonsten würde der sich ins Nirvana Drehen.
das BOV oder Blow Off Valve bitte nicht verwechseln mit Dumpvalve!
ist zwischen Turbo und Drosselklappe montiert und hat den zweck die Drosselklappe vor dem ladedruck zuschützen welcher anliegt wenn diese geschlossen ist. z.b. wenn man vom Gas geht. und den lader nicht abruppt abzubremsen da sich die schaufeln sonst ins lader gehäuse bohren.
ein BOV sollte möglichst nahe bei der Drosselklappe montiert sein.
das Originale hat 2 anschlüsse:
1. am Druckschlauch nahe der Drosselklappe
2. vor dem Lader um die überschüssige luft dort abzulassen.
und noch einen unterdruch schlauch um das ganze zu steuern.
