hello!

i'm sam from belgium. i read about the site when hendrikS40 posted info about the alsfeld meeting on our belgian volvo board. just tought you would like to see what i did with my C30

base:

c30 1.6D
momentum
sports pack

modifications:

chiptuning 140 HP
Real carbon fiber mirror caps (handmade)
alu doorpins and doorpin bezels
strut brace
air-ride suspension
borbet XL 18"
removed rear wiper
put on moose stickers
made suede box to hide airride mess in the trunk
removed some badges

then this happened: a drunk guy ran into me while i was in front of the red light.

and now i am waiting for a Cosmic white summum r-design, to put everything i had on the old one on!

Is the air ride selfmade ?
 
nope, it's been done in a shop but the parts are universal for all cars (or minor adjustment to struts needed)
 
very nice mod...
espacially the carbon fiber mirror-caps. :eek:
Only thing I maybe would add, is to paint the body-kit.

shit i hate being stuck in the english section lol. i do understand u germans!

reddevil: the new one has a bodykit, xenon and leather on top of what i had, so should be ok :)
 
looks very nice! if only there was the right engine :D you know... like a T5 ;)

the old one is still out there, but it looks like the dealer gave himself my 17' rims as a X-mas present!

Nice old one, hope the new will be as good as the old was.

Some 17'' rims are a nice X-Mas present, why not. :elkgrin:
 
glad you are OK after that.  but after all Volvos are the safest cars in the world. can't wait to see your new ride. It'll be tight when you drop it like it's hot!
 
taking delivery 05 jan, then 12 januari it's going in the shop for the big drop

after that it goes back into the volvo dealer shop to spray the body kit same color as the rest of the car
 
i've had the car for 2 days now, gave it it's first washing!

the weather is really nasty out here so i just HAD to!

Really like the carbon mirror cabs.
Dont got the possibilty to make it on my own (and maybe not the skills :elkwink: ) but if I had, I would make it for my V70II too
